It is relatively simple to recover a lost account password. Enter the login screen and click the “Forgot your password?” link. Enter your email address and a new password will be emailed to you automatically. Log in using the new password and then be sure to change the password in your account details. If you forget which email address you used to create the account, contact Levetrade Customer Support.
Log in to your account and click "Update Details". After making your changes, be sure to tap the "Save" button.
Access your transaction record and trading history by clicking the "Reports" button on your account. In Reports, you can search your trading history and use advanced filters to obtain specific pieces of historical data.
Demo accounts are used to practice trading techniques under real market conditions in a risk-free environment. You can expect to find everything that you would on a live account, only when you trade on a demo account, you'll use Levetrade virtual currency without putting real money at stake.
To open and fund a Levetrade demo account, you'll first need to open and add funds to a live trading account. Once you've completed this step, contact your personal account manager to set up a demo account.
Levetrade supports all major fiat currencies, including USD, EUR, and GBP. Keep in mind that in the registration process, you will need to choose a currency. Your currency choice cannot be changed after account registration is complete.
